PostSubject: [solved]Map issues and never ending rain.   Tue Jun 07, 2016 4:59 am

First of all, excellent work, thank you. Every time I install Skyrim I end up modding it till it crashes, then get sick of messing with it, lol. I was really glad to see this pre made and tested stable pack of mods.

Now my issues:
When I start my game, the first time I open the map, I get an error saying "Incompatible map file (map.swf)".
There is also no in game compass or location markers or anything at all to tell me where to go, except if I check the map repeatedly to see if I am headed in the right direction. I am imagining the errors are related.

In addition, for the hour or so I have been playing, it has been pouring rain with very low visibility. Is there some way to turn off the rain or should I just stick it out and it will end at some point?

Q : I have no compass, WTF i can't navigate in this conditions, this is unacceptable!
A : Press "X" to hide or show your compass (configure from immersive HUD)

Weather is random but now rain can last a few days as it happens in real life situations where you get 3 days of non-stop rain.
If you want the rain-drops to be less obvious openenbseries.ini and change

[RAIN]
Enable=true <<< set to false.

Yes, those two issues are resolved.

Now it is crashing when I try to enter Whiterun. I waited 24 hours, still crashed. Then I waited 31 days, still crashed...

Thank you again.

All is well now.
So you are saying the map error I described is normal or the way it should be?

Map and favorite menu is handled by other mods i left that video above explaining what you should do

1.Press escape
2.Go to Mod Configuration Menu
3.Find SKYUI
4.Click Advanced
5.De-Select Map and Favorite menu
