I see MO reads those animations from \Data folder.
It should've read them from Skyrim\MO MODS\FNIS Behavior\Meshes so that means wrong animations were used probably from a wrong file path.

Looks like your install path is not correct.

If it were correct and everything installed like it should animations specially for walking and sprinting should've been read from \\\\Skyrim\MO MODS\FNIS Behavior\Meshes not from Data\Meshes

Honestly, this may be the best option granted you had played around with some of the other modding tools. You don't need to run anything, just unpack, edit the ini, run MO and ensure everything is ticked in both panels and play. :) If you want me to take a look at your ini file I can do that for you to verify it's written correctly.

Do you mind copy/pasting the contents in a message or on here? can't open that ini. The folder structure looks OK in your screenshots.

OK, this looks right. If the unpack didnt fail in anyway you should be good to go. Go into MO and activate all mods in both panes (they probably are all checked for the most part.)
